Refining Great Senior Leaders

Refining Great Senior Leaders

Equip Your Leaders to Drive Next-Level Performance!

This year we’ll be working with Dr. Karyn Gordon to provide our members with insightful workshops through her Success Intelligence program. The first course offered to WP Members is Refining Great Senior Leaders. This live online course will equip your senior leaders with practical tools to drive company-wide communication, delegate effectively, and manage change to improve overall engagement.

Companies often underestimate the importance of preparing senior leaders for their roles and assume this transition will just happen on-the-job, but the role of a senior leader is an important one. The stakes are higher. Teams are watching. Many senior leaders report feeling isolated, uncertain, and over-stressed as they adapt to the increased demands of their role.

In this situation, there is a critical need to master the skills of communicating effectively to the organization, building confidence in others, managing change amid uncertainty, and delegating to harness the power of team, all while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and making wise strategic decisions. Senior leadership is challenging and requires a next-level set of skills!
